I started with a competitive audit to see what was working on other apps in the same industry as Risevest to know how to design the KYC flow.
Having done that, I now had an idea of what the challenges with the current Risevest app and what could be done to improve it.
I then listed out my goals for this project
Following the ideation framework - Crazy Eights
I came up with 6 solutions under 8 minutes to work on for the app
Then i moved to the Information architecture and user flow to know how best to position all of the content for the KYC process in the app
Then i sketched out wireframes to get the ideas off of my head
